Return and Refund Policy

We want you to be happy with your Boost A-Holic order. If there is an issue with your order, please contact us at hello@boostaholic.com with your order number.

Return Window

Returns may be requested within 30 days of delivery.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, items must be unworn, unwashed, unused, and in the same condition received. Items must be returned with any original tags, packaging, or accessories when applicable.

Items that show wear, washing, damage, stains, odors, or other signs of use may not be eligible for return.

Final Sale Items

Final sale, clearance, custom, personalized, gift card, and promotional items may not be eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Exchanges

Exchanges may be offered when inventory is available. If the requested replacement item is unavailable, we may issue a refund to the original payment method once the returned item has been received and inspected.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or the wrong item was sent.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us at hello@boostaholic.com within 7 days of delivery. Please include your order number and photos of the item and packaging so we can review the issue.

Refunds

Once a return is received and inspected, we will notify you whether the refund is approved. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Your bank or card provider may take additional time to post the refund.
